Application to Register for WEMS Access

This form is used to apply for access to the WEMS, which is the first stage in becoming a Rule Participant.

Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement

This document allows the IMO to issue a Tax Invoice on your behalf for transactions in the WEMS. It also allows you to create a Tax Invoice on behalf of the IMO for payment of fees.This form must be signed and submitted to the IMO before your application to register as a Rule Participant can be approved and registered as a Rule Participant.

Application to Register a Facility Name

This form is used to register a facility in the WEMS. This can only be commenced once your organisation has been granted access to the WEMS and registered as a Rule Participant.

Application to De-Register as a Rule Participant

This form is used to de-register as a Rule Participant in one or more classes.

Application to De-Register a Facility

This form is used to de-register a facility from the market.

Application to Transfer a Facility (New Owner)
Application to Transfer a Facility (Current Owner)

These forms are used to transfer a facility currently registered in the WEMS. Both forms will need to be completed by the relevant parties before submitting to the IMO. A guideline for Facility Transfer can be found here.

Application for an Exemption to Register as a Rule Participant in the Market Generator Class

22 August 2008

This form is used if you own, control or operate a generation system which has a rated capacity equal to or exceeding 10 MW and wish to apply for an exemption to register as a Rule Participant under Market Rule 2.28.16B. More information about the procedure is available here.

Bank Undertaking for Credit Support (MS Word, 2 pages, 50 Kb)

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Bank Undertaking.
Please note that the IMO requires the inclusion of a clause specifying that Credit Support must be received in cleared funds by the IMO within 90 minutes of a demand.

Guarantee for Credit Support (MS Word, 6 pages, 63 Kb)

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Guarantee by a Treasury Corporation.
Please note that the IMO requires the inclusion of a clause specifying that Credit Support must be received in cleared funds by the IMO within 90 minutes of a demand.
