Reserve Capacity - Expressions of Interest - Process
The first process in the Reserve Capacity Mechanism is the calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI). Market Participants and other interested parties may submit Expressions of Interest to the IMO detailing their intention to develop generation and/or demand side management capacity. The following Requests for Expressions of Interest have been published by the IMO. The first Request for Expressions of Interest was released in October 2004.
