Registration Forms

The following forms are detailed in the Participant and Facility Registration Procedure which can be found here. Further information regarding Registration can be located here.

This form is used to apply for access to the WEMS, which is the first stage in becoming a Rule Participant.

This form is a declaration of intention to register as a Rule Participant in the Wholesale Electricty Market.

This document allows the IMO to issue a Tax Invoice on your behalf for transactions in the WEMS. It also allows you to create a Tax Invoice on behalf of the IMO for payment of fees.This form must be signed and submitted to the IMO before your application to register as a Rule Participant can be approved and registered as a Rule Participant.

This form is required to be completed and sent to the IMO for new WEMS users. Once the form has been received by the IMO, a RSA token will be sent to the user to allow access into the WEMS system.

This form designates a user as the Participant's Market Participant Administrator (MPA).  The MPA will have user management and access rights, along with limited RSA token management.  This form is required to be completed and is a prerequisite before any RSA tokens will be sent out and enabled.

This form is a declaration to de-register as a Rule Participant in one or more classes.

This form is used to register a facility in the WEMS. This can only be commenced once your organisation has been granted access to the WEMS and registered as a Rule Participant.

This form is a declaration of your intention to Register a Facility in WEMS. The form must be submitted after Facility Standing Data and General Information is entered in WEMS.

This form is a declaration of your intention to De-Register a Facility in WEMS.

This form is used if you own, control or operate a generation system which has a rated capacity equal to or exceeding 10 MW and wish to apply for an exemption to register as a Rule Participant under Market Rule 2.28.16B. More information about the procedure is available in this document.

This form is used to Pre-Register a Demand Side Programme prior to 01 October 2011

The DSP Standing Data Template is used to assist Market Customers with a Demand Side Program to provide the applicable Standing Data in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Market Rules.

The Load Association Template is used to assist Market Customers with a Demand Side Provider who need to associate their Loads to a Demand Side Programme.

 

Prudential Forms

The following forms are detailed in the Prudential Requirements Procedure which can be found here. Further information regarding Prudential Support can be located here.

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Bank Undertaking.
Please note that the IMO requires the inclusion of a clause specifying that Credit Support must be received in cleared funds by the IMO within 90 minutes of a demand.

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Guarantee by a Treasury Corporation.

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Security Deposit for Credit Support under Market Rule 2.38.

This form is to be used for lodgement of a Security Deposit under Market Rule 2.38 where the Security Deposit is provided on behalf of the Market Participant by a third party

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Security Deposit for Reserve Capacity Security under Market Rule 4.13.

This form is to be used for lodgement of a Security Deposit for Reserve Capacity under Market Rule 4.13 where the Security Deposit is provided on behalf of the Market Participant by a third party.

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Security Deposit for Reserve Capacity Security under Market Rule 4.13.

This form is to be used for lodgment of a Guarantee by a Treasury Corporation.

This form is to be used to provide indication that the entity providing Prudential Support complies with the Acceptable Credit Criteria. More information on the Acceptable Credit Criteria can be found below.

This form is used to lodge the information on the current nominations of each date that clause 4.10.1(c)(iii) refers under Market Rule 4.27.10.

This document is published in accordance with Market Rule 10.5.1.
