Each year, the IMO conducts a Stakeholder Survey to gauge stakeholder perceptions of the IMO and its performance. The results are then used to improve our service delivery.

The IMO engages Synovate, a local market research company, to conduct the survey which usually consists of a series of face-to-face interviews with approximately 25 to 30 key stakeholders.
